CAD and PDF Files
CAD Files
A CAD file is an electronic version of a house plan and contains all the same information as a construction blueprint set, but in an electronic format. It can be opened in most professional design programs such as AutoCad, allowing you to modify the chosen house plans. It comes with a copyright release document, allowing you to build one (1) house.
PDF Files
The PDF file is also an electronic document identical as the construction blueprint set, but it cannot be altered or modified. Buying a PDF file is allowing you to build one (1) house from it, and to print as many as fifteen (15) copies of the chosen house plans.

These designs and drawings are the property of Water Wheel Home Design and are protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaties. The designs, or portions thereof, may not be copied or used in any way without our written release.
It is illegal to create derivative works or have plans, renderings, or sketches drawn based on our home plans, renderings, catalogs, internet site, or other marketing materials.
Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for substantial monetary damages including attorney's fees.
