The Vista View is a single story home with 2 bedrooms, a study and two over a full basement. Modified from a ranch style floor plan, the open kitchen/dining area has a double-sided gas fireplace open to a living room with cathedral ceiling. A screened-in sitting porch is optional for this design. Further living space can be incorporated into the area allotted to the screened-in sitting porch while still maintaining the integrity of the structure. The master bedroom suite is 21 ft. long x 12 ft. wide with a large walk-in closet and bath.
The Vista View floor plan has just over 2000 sq. ft. and can come with 6 ft. wide baths for those preferring the comfort of a jetted whirlpool tub.
