Named for the classic rock guitarist vee body electric guitar, the Flying V is a home that appears larger than its 2170 sq. ft. living area. The Flying V's entrance is framed by a series four classic columns and has a two-car garage attached on its right. Entering from the garage one proceeds directly to the main entrance and an open foyer with chandelier and elevated walkways. The master bedroom suite is located on the home's 20 ft. wide left wing. The first floor features 9 ft. ceiling. The living room, in the center of the Flying V, features an expansive 17 ft. wide bay window array. Access to the second floor is through an enclosed duo directional stairwell with window and ledge above. Arriving at the second floor the homeowner can gaze with advantage on the exterior lights and terrain of the outer grounds. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor with a large bath. A living or seating area fill out the second floors' allotted space. On the exterior the rooflines and the angled first floor wings add a complexity and elegance to the Flying V. This floor plan could easily be expanded upon homeowners request.
